Travel to Assam
Assam, is a north eastern state in India and is covered by major hills and deep valleys. It is also known as the land of river Brahmaputra and Goddess Kamakhya.

Tourist places in Assam -
1. Kamakhya Temple
This temple is a very old temple and is one of the major tourist spots in the Guwahati region which is the capital of Assam. The temple is surrounded by ponds which have good sea life and you will find one of the largest turtles in the waters there.
2. Assam State Museum
The Assam State was inaugrated in early 1940s by the british kings in those days, and later after independence the state government took over. It is definitely one of the bigget in the region.
